Either one is fine , but the Homewood suites is newer, so I would choose that one

This should be done around 1, we can meet at Mesilla, around 2, or at my house at 1:30, and then we can get going there. I have the chick magnet, also known as a Honda Odyssey, that we can take, but if you guys want to head there sooner, and have lunch, I can always catch you there afterwards

After a fun filled day at Mesilla, looking at the thumbleweeds pass by, we can head to my house to be there around 6, or you can go to the hotel, rest and meet me there at that time

We should have everything cooked, except for the fajitas, which I will grill once we get there. We can eat outside or inside the house. Unfortunately it's the day that we get a cold front

Sunday,it's open, if you guys want brunch recommendations, and/or watch football, which my house is open, we can do that. I know monitor will take me up on the 2:25pm NY Giants game

And then, dinner somewhere on Sunday.

That's lots of eating for a weekend :o

:mad: :mad: :mad: Another one of those crappy tropical weather systems will be producing high winds in South Florida and my experience is that some flights ar likely to be CXLd.

If ours is and they put us on one that cannot make the connection to ELP, we will stay at a hotel near ATL and take the morning flight which arrives ELP at about 1230. That is if there are any seats left on that flight.

If this were to happen, I will demand that cfischer leave some of that bubbly for our arrival. He has seldom been seen to have looked at a chilled bottle and failed to open it right away. :rolleyes:

Yup, weather is going to cool down considerably this weekend, but ATL-ELP on Saturday is not a very busy flight, taken it, and there is always space even first class.

I will leave the bubbly under cfischer's name at the HGI, and we can meet after you guys arrive, which is pretty much the time that my daughter's graduation is over

And I do again apologize for the graduation conflict, but these people have a tendency to tell you with two weeks in advance, if I am lucky

Bubbly is getting chilled and preparing a welcome package that will be delivered to the HGI waiting for cfischer.

colpuck will probably be coming from PHX later on US. I guess when you spend as much time as he does out there, he is stuck with using them.

Right now I am on US 2958 that gets in at 0006, I am going to try and get to PHX in time for the 1900 flight that gets in at 2100.

Either way, these east-coasters are unlikely to be up and around to greet you.
