I vote for whichever venue has happy hour beer prices And a TV to watch the last game of the Stanley Cup.

Btw, of the two choices (neither of which I think has the cup) I prefer king st over leb taverna. I find the latter to bea bit overpriced.

King Street Blues sounds pretty good to me! (leading from behind)

Unfortunately, I don't have time to do a compare and contrast on beer prices on Wednesday afternoons at the possible venues, but if someone does, please post whatever info you discover.

Alright. King Street Blues it is. The Crystal City Location is on Crystal Drive between 15th and 18th Streets. It's accessible from the Crystal City Station on Metro's Blue and Yellow lines. Here are additional details, including a link to a map and other useful info (for example, that HH is from 3pm to 7pm daily, during which there are reduced price draft beer, house liquors and wines, as well as discounted appetizers).
We'll begin to gather around 6:30 pm and shoot for dinner around 7:00 pm. Please post to the thread if you plan to attend.
I look forward to seeing everyone tomorrow.

headinclouds et al.: If the HH beer prices at KSB aren't to your liking, try Hamburger Hamlet, which is very nearby (do a 180 at the main KSB entrance, go up 9 stairs, then down 9 stairs and Hamburger Hamlet will be on your right). Just be back for dinner around 7:00 pm.

I plan to be there (and ignore the Stanley Cup).

Sorry I couldn't make it. My SoCal counterparts always schedule teleconferences without regard to us on the East Coast. Sometimes they don't even let us know until 2 hours prior, like today!

Thanks to all who made it.
Good conversation and good food; what more could we want?
