If this does happen, I'd recommend having it at least 6 months out. Not that anyone is planning a DO around my travel schedule, but Feb, March and May would be best. May probably the most ideal.

Not much left of 2010, but we are planning a huge event in NYC April 28th-31st. I would love to honor our dear friend some time one of those days.

Add me in as interested, and I do like the idea of having it in the Colorado Springs area (haven't been there in ages, want to go back, and I hope to see the House of Miles). 6 months notice or more usually makes it a lot easier for me to work something like this into my schedule.
