Problem with accessing Thank You Account ever since linking it to Citi account

Problem with accessing Thank You Account ever since linking it to Citi account

I don't know what I'm doing wrong here.
When I go to www.thankyou.com, under the drop down of "My Account", I click on "My Account Overview".

Next I try clicking on these:

My points summary
My profile and preferences
My order history
My shop with points account

And I always get redirected to my citicards account.

I used to be able to view my thank you points summary (the contribution of each account by month) and my redemption order history right on thankyou.com.

What am I doing wrong here?

I can't redeem my thank you points on the thankyou.com website because every time I tried, I get redirected to my citicards account as well.

Its kinda buggy. Clear your cookies. Or just use another web browser. That did the trick for me.

Welcome to Flyertalk. Note that the post to which you replied is from 2015. The first thing to try is logging with using a Private or Incognito browser window, so that any cookies from previous sessions are ignored. If that doesn't work, try an entirely different browser.

Yes, I gave the Thank You network a call, they confirmed my identity and solved it for me. I believe the root of the problem is I started signing on a new laptop overseas, so they flagged it as suspicious.
