What Does it mean when TSA Yells "Bravo"?

Just finished TSA review this am and T-4 basically went into lock down for about 2 minutes. All TSA folks were yelling to each other "Bravo". What does it mean?? Everyone was told to freeze and not move. Yea I could have stopped and asked but my goal was to get to AC.

Just a test run. It's the same thing as when you get the emergency broadcast network screen on your tv. There's no real emergency, but if there were, they'd leap into action and tackle granny and her 4.0 ounces of shampoo to the ground.

Thanks. Figured it was something like that as only half the people paid any attention.

When they tell you to freeze and not move, they really mean for you to do a little jig.

I think it means lets close down a couple of the lines so we can go on our coffee break.

All joking aside, I'd imagine people in the TSS forum would know more about this kind of thing. There are even a couple of TSO lurker/posters.

Indeed! This will join similar Tangos there... ;)

And to think, all this time I thought Bravo meant that an EXP agreed to guest them into the T4 AC!

It's essentially a blueshirt show of force.

Since a TSA employee can't detain would yelling freeeze be an illegal order?

No more or less illegal than rubbing strangers gentials for a paycheck is.

TSA doesn't get bogged down in "laws" and "rights"
