Delay in statement closure?

Delay in statement closure?

Hi

I've seen my statement consistently close and payment due calculated a few hours after midnight PST, but my closing due date was 10 July but still nothing has been issued. Is there a problem with the system? UR have also not been credited yet.

Haven’t had a problem. My Chase statements actually usually close before midnight PST, generally by 10 PM, often earlier.

What “Next closing date” does the app or website show for your card?

Today (7.12.2022) I received email notifications for two Chase statements which were generated on 7.3.2022. This suggests some system problem, but in my case the statements were generated on the correct date.

Today I received a statement email for an account that actually closed on 6/27 (as scheduled). Indeed there seems to be some problem, but if the OP’s next closing date is in the past, perhaps contacting customer service is the best option.
