In the past, to request a LoungeClub membership, you could go to this site, enter the code CHASEINK, and complete the form:
https://www.loungeprogramenroll.com/inkcard/
But, as of April 30, 2015 this message appears:
We are no longer accepting new LOUNGE CLUB enrollments from Ink® from Chase Cardmembers. If you are currently enrolled you may continue to use your membership until the expiration date printed on your LOUNGE CLUB card. If you have any questions please call the phone number on the back of your Ink from Chase business card.
The same is true for Fairmont cardholders.
"We are no longer accepting new LOUNGE CLUB enrollments from Fairmont from Chase Cardmembers." In the past, to request a LoungeClub membership, you could go to this site, enter the code FAIRMONT, and complete the form: https://www.loungeprogramenroll.com/fairmont/

You get 2 free visits with this program. If you bring a guest, it usually counts as two visits. Additional visits are $27. You don't get more visits by paying your annual fee; you'll need to get a new Lounge Club card issued. In theory, this is automatic. If you forget whether you've used your free visits, call 866-263-4292 and ask.

I have only been with Chase a short time and had not signed up. I got a letter yesterday telling me I had until April 30 to sign up and the membership would be valid for 1 year.

Got that email too. I actually received my LC card for my Ink Plus about a month ago. My wife has her own Ink Plus card and I will sign her up for LC tonight. But I'm wondering if I should add myself as AU to her Ink, and her as AU to my card so that we can get 4 cards in total.

How do I request the lounge club card comes with the Ritz-Carlton card? Is there a link and code like the Fairmont card or do I have to call? TIA.

No lounge available at SFO !!
I went through their lounge list, but didn't see any lounge for San Francisco Airport. Am I missing something?

I was VERY disappointed to learn that Chase has
discontinued Lounge Club access for Ink card members. Up
until last month, I also had an AMEX Platinum business card
- which includes Priority Pass Select - decided not to
renew the membership, was depending on the Lounge Club
card provided by Chase to make up the difference.
Please advise plans to replace the Lounge Club benefit.

Sucks that Lounge Club is going away for Ink members. I guess its time to enroll my Ink Bold before April 30th to enjoy a year free.

I created an AU for my wife when I had my old Ink Bold and she was able to get her own LC card.

A shame because I nearly always used my two free passes a year. While not equal to the annual fee, I did consider this a worthy benefit of all my Ink cards.
