Please help me fly CX
I have some AA miles I'd like to burn while in Bangkok later this year. I only have enough points for an award flight within the region (Asia 2 I think it's called). I would like to fly CX via HKG to another destination (gotta use those lounges in HKG 
).
Does anyone know of any destinations within the region that are most directly served by CX via HKG, i.e. that cannot be reached from BKK with a direct flight?

This route map should be a good place to start (then click on se asia)
From the map, it looks like Manilla, Hanoi, Penang, Cebu, Bali, Surabaya, and Ho Chi Min City. So those would be city combo's to check to see routing.
