Using BA T3 dining room flying CX first

Using BA T3 dining room flying CX first
Is it possible to use the BA first dining room at T3 when flying first with cathay pacific?
or only into the first lounge and the dining room is excluded?
or only into the first lounge and the dining room is excluded?

The dining room is only for F passengers; BA and other OW Emerald members are only let into the F lounge which frankly is pretty mediocre unless you're looking for a full English breakfast (ie. including black pudding and good sausages) or tea (scones, Victoria sponge cake, traditional style carrot cake etc).
The rest of the day OWEs are better off in CX F or in QF.

According to the information posted on BA website for lounge access:
- First class lounge access: 1) BA customer flying First Class, 2) Gold member of BA Club flying on BA or oneworld partners, 3) oneworld Emerald flying on BA or oneworld partners.
- LHR T5 Concorde lounge access: First class customers on BA flights.
I agree with the previous poster that the food in LHR First Class lounge is average at best.
It is usually crowded when I check in also.

It is for BA F only, is a very small space (8 2-tops) so always full and the food is nothing special - worse than even the deteriorating CX F menu. No reason for a CX F passenger to step food in that lounge.
Although it has limited hours, by comparision the QF lounge a la carte menu is better than this and it's avaliable to J pax.

And it does not have limited hours - It is open the same hours as the BA GF lounge in which it sits.
The space has about 5-6 tables and about 6-7 seats around the windows, so you can definately have more than 8 in at one time.

You seem to be somewhat confused as to which lounge is which. The CX F lounge is the one that's always full around the time of CX departures and the BA F dining space is typically quite empty (I've been the only guest there several times). I'd rather spend time there than the crowded CX F lounge (and make the choice to do so when flying CX as BA GGL, which I believe is the only way to be admitted when flying CX).
CX as BA GGL I can imagine likely had the lounge front desk confused. Even when flying a straightforward JAL F, which is the only way I've been in under my own steam, seems a struggle for them.
I quite like it for some quiet, expensive Champagne, bistro level food, and fantastic table service, but there is a very definite lack of power sockets. I don't think there's ever been more than two other tables in use on the three occasions I've been in there since it became a mini CCR.
If I can get the throne seat in the CX F lounge, I find myself spending very many hours in that seat.
