You seem to be somewhat confused as to which lounge is which. The CX F lounge is the one that's always full around the time of CX departures and the BA F dining space is typically quite empty (I've been the only guest there several times). I'd rather spend time there than the crowded CX F lounge (and make the choice to do so when flying CX as BA GGL, which I believe is the only way to be admitted when flying CX).
