Delayed baggage compensation?
Hi guys, quick question: I recently took a trip from HKG-NRT-SEA. The trip from HKG-SEA was on CX that ended up being delayed by 2 hours due to a mechanical issue. This resulted in a 10-15 minute connection at NRT-SEA on JL. Somehow, I was able to make my connection but my bags were delayed until the next day. Just wondering if theres anything here to claim for compensation, thanks!

I assume that you mean that HKG to NRT was on CX and that this was on a single ticket HKG-NRT-SEA.
If so, the "responsible" party is JL by international agreements. I suppose that they got your bag delivered to you the next day.
If you do not live in US, you could have bought some essentials for a day and could ask for reimbursement.
If you live in US, that is usually not granted by airlines as you return home.
