Did CX cancel the ticket on-hold function?
Just tried to search a ticket today, was going to hold the fare as usual but couldn't find the "hold" button anymore.
As a Gold member, should be able to hold the fare for 72 hours without any fees.
Did they remove this function or is it a IT issue or because I already have another booking on-hold?
