Did CX cancel the ticket on-hold function?
Just tried to search a ticket today, was going to hold the fare as usual but couldn't find the "hold" button anymore.
As a Gold member, should be able to hold the fare for 72 hours without any fees. Did they remove this function or is it a IT issue or because I already have another booking on-hold? |

It seems that the hold function is back, but no longer free for elites. I also found that free holding is no longer a benefit for Gold members. Very disappointed!

thought I had a glitch with my login, but I see now this hold feature was already changed in Feb.

The Hold Fee is also NOT deducted from the final payment. This is different to other major airlines that have this feature!
