Call Centre Waiting Time

Call Centre Waiting Time

Woke to an email telling me my flight has been cancelled & rebooked on a flight (that doesn't appear on their website) 28 hrs later........
Only option given is to call and have now been on hold for 2 1/2 hrs.
Just a warning, I know nobody here can solve it.

Wait times are also dependent on tier status.

And I've just been cut off at 3 hours.
3 hours wasted and no resolution.
Anyone any other ideas on how to contact them?

You can message them on Whatsapp, +852 2747 2747, but it takes even longer to get an agent (4hrs when I did).

I waited 3hrs to ticket a mixed cabin itinerary on hold as well, at least I got through. So maybe it could be dependent on luck?

Called the HK line. Selected special services and got an agent in about 8 minutes just now.

Made a call yesterday around 4pm... as DM, waited a total of 45 seconds...
