Call Centre Waiting Time

Woke to an email telling me my flight has been cancelled & rebooked on a flight (that doesn't appear on their website) 28 hrs later........
Only option given is to call and have now been on hold for 2 1/2 hrs.
Just a warning, I know nobody here can solve it.
