It is CBP and CBSA policy to deny entry for late (30wks+) pregnancies visitors into US or Canada. Big scam going on with paid birth visits to US and Canada for citizenship by birth.

Were way off topic, but CBP policy is not to deny entry to 30weeks+ pregnant visitors.

They do not take kindly to people lying to them (lying about intent, insurance coverage etc), but it is perfectly possible & legit for someone to go to the US to give birth, as long as they declare that all along, and have enough money/insurance to not end up using Medicaid etc.
