We’re way off topic, but CBP policy is not to ‘deny entry to 30weeks+ pregnant visitors’.

They do not take kindly to people lying to them (lying about intent, insurance coverage etc), but it is perfectly possible & legit for someone to go to the US to give birth, as long as they declare that all along, and have enough money/insurance to not end up using Medicaid etc.
