So Alipay P2P payments count as top-up? If so there goes my little scheme of buying foreign cash from the mum and dad currency exchange stores and paying with AliPay to earn points...

Why not just use another card? As far as I know Citi still works great with Alipay/WeChat/PayMe.

Citi Hong Kong credit cards can be used for Alipay & WeChat for payments? HK versions of apps, Chinese or any?

Do purchases through AliPay still earn at 1 AM / 4 HKD with the SC AM card? Top-ups seem to not earn, but I wonder if earnings for normal purchases have been affected?

Please could someone confirm the HKD per mile earn rate for an overseas transaction (USD, processed in Singapore I think) with either HSBC Visa Signature or HSBC Premier Mastercard, without overseas spending as the selected red hot rewards category? (I think the wiki has the 2018 earn rate, which I think may have changed, at least for the Premier mastercard?). Thanks.

I am confused by the BEA promotion from last year that is continuing this year.
BEA Days – 11X Bonus Pointshttps://www.hkbea.com/html/en/bea-cr...r-rewards.htmlIs it working for the BEA world flyer MC? The remarks and T&C are not very clear. |
