The wall doesn't limit the amount you can recline. Both the first and last row is great.

If PE seat is fully reclined, will it impede on the passengers behind from getting in and out of their seats?

Extremely. There’s a phone’s width of a gap. Basically, you’ll have to climb out.

i always take 32D. i think there are 2 toilets on the left asile at economy cabin whereas On 32G there is only 1 toilet. small details matter. wall wont be impediment to recline. i always go for Last Row for reasOn explained - no sense of guilt to recline from start to end

So been debating to upgrade to PE, which seems to have only few seats compare to regular economy... Is it really worth it? I watched a youtube video yesterday showing that food is the same in PE as in economy, just a thicker blanket and more reclining seat.

Food should be improvement on economy. Personally i don't believe the minimal extra comfort is worth the extra cash over economy, but if you're redeeming etc why not. |

Depends how long the flight is?

I remember food in PE is the same as economy for short haul, and same as business, but in different tablewares, for longhaul.

350 economy is doable but 777 economy you mind as well try lock yourself in cabinet thats what it feels like.
i would never fly CX economy for long haul. i would cancel trip if i cant fly minimum PEY. its basic human rights. |
An aisle seat in Economy with flight time within 6 hours is still bearable. But I would take a relatively quiet economy seat anytime regardless of distance over a seat in J with a screaming baby/kid or heavily snoring passenger in the nearby.

Pursur offered to move me to empty row of bassiet for an otherwise full flight. whilst i enjoy seat 32D for recline row 30AC seem offer sufficient legroom for window pax to get out with ease.
35G PEY feels so much tighter than 777. empty space next to me is better than last row https://cimg8.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.fly...d2d21fc647.jpg |
Looking at this itinerary of this JFK-HKG-MNL Trip are these seats fine first leg 48C CX841 and then CX903 46D? return trip is CX840 46C A359/A35K one of the flights is on A321neo CX906
https://cimg3.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.fly...a91d140c1.jpeg Has A35K CX841 to A359 CX903 and A35K/A359 CX840 from A21N CX906 |
On an upcoming MAN-HKG, I’ve the choice of a J seat in the mini cabin, or the bulkhead window seat 12K. It’s right at the front of the main J cabin.
Is 12K Ok? Maybe high traffic and proximity to the galley and toilet cause issues? |

Is 12K Ok? Maybe high traffic and proximity to the galley and toilet cause issues? With good crew and well behaved PEY pax mini cabin good also. But occasionally, less common but happens, it turns into PEY lav until crew stops it. They're generally good about ending it if you complain. |
