This is coming together nicely ^

Amusing considering how out of date some of the wikipedia pages are and how protective of them some of the editors are.

B-KPB, our spirit of hong kong went to XMN yesterday. Anyone knows whether the special scheme will be removed? B-HXG has been out of service, can we expect to see a new one world livery on 350?

b-hxg may return to service this afternoon, let's see

Regarding B-KPB - not for quite some time, as a/c are repainted every 5-6 years, and this scheme was applied in 2014 if I recall correctly.

Will be interesting to see if they update the ugly one world livery on KPL.

updated the wiki as A33P B-LBG went to Dragon and two more will go this year (B-LBH/K)

B-HXG is done. They already started painting over the fuselage. So that leaves 2 A340's in service. Sad as it's the only oneworld a/c I never got a chance to fly.

I really don't know how to edit the wiki. Anyone know how to edit?

Done. For future edits you can ask QRC3288 to give you access to the Google Doc.

I think you should probably stick the the cockpit, and let us desk jockeys handle the computer work.... Just let us know the updates needed we've got a good stable of editors for that document.

Shift of 33Ps to KA has to benefit us, no?

This ongoing 33P shift to KA at least helps us increase the odds of "knowing" what type of J product we're getting regionally.

KA A333 J means crappy regional J, guaranteed. Eventually that will be the case for all KA seats, including A320 and A321.

On CX, even though we're still stuck with the crappy regional 772s and 773s and some regional A333s, at least there is a higher % of fleet assets that are long-haul J.

Basically what I'm saying is, the predictability factor for J product...even though still not going to be perfect...is at least getting better with this shift. Does anyone know if CX plans to retain any 33Ps? Or will they eventually all be transferred to KA?

Any comments on seats 12D/G in 77H? Will the sound of the toilet doors opening and closing bother my sleep?

No. I have sat in row 12 no fewer than 30, perhaps more flights on 77H or 77D (a retired variant with the same J config as 77H). These are mostly longhaul flights.

I recommend you should do an advanced search for "mini cabin". Far more info there.

I'd say that goes down to schedule... LH fleets must have priority to be allocated to LH routes.... But then these LH fleets is more fuel efficient than those older regional birds... So I'd say as long as seats sold fits and it won't affect the LH routes schedule CX should have incentive to use LH birds instead...

Some time ago when I needed to fly to PEK 3 times a month, I was trying to understand if PEK has guaranteed LH birds for some of the flights... Maybe Monday's 390.... Other than that seems really subject to flight dispatch's mood...

BTW I read somewhere sometime ago that only the newer 33P will be transferred to KA... Those older 33P will still remains with CX (e.g. TPE needs 33P to reduce op-up...)
