Website problems?

Anybody else having any luck at all trying to do dummy bookings? It appears as though this thing is down a lot lately.

cant make any booking.. it shows:
"Error 500: com.tc.exception.TCObjectNotFoundException: ************************************************* Requested Object is missing : ObjectID=[3:526018] *************************************************"

Reservations number in the US is ringing busy. Scheduled to be open for another hour.

Has someone told them to reboot and log back on again yet?

Was trying to access Manage My Booking online, but got an error message saying some internal errors... Not good.

Managed to get through and am in the queue. I'm presuming as horribly broken as it is, they're getting a lot of calls.

The website is just useless right now. Looks like any calls to the backend are failing. It's been like this for at least the past two hours.

Update: Down for at least two more hours according to a service rep. Currently waiting in the Internet booking queue to do a ticket change. They "might not be able to do anything since the website is down."
