Managed to get through and am in the queue. I'm presuming as horribly broken as it is, they're getting a lot of calls.
The website is just useless right now. Looks like any calls to the backend are failing. It's been like this for at least the past two hours.
Update: Down for at least two more hours according to a service rep. Currently waiting in the Internet booking queue to do a ticket change. They "might not be able to do anything since the website is down."
