Problems with CX website today
I just wondered if anyone else is having trouble with the CX website today. I can get to the home page, but if I try to log in or to go further into the site, nothing happens and then the page freezes. I am not having any problems with any other sites today.
Thanks for any input !

Problems with CX website today
Even when it looked like it was working for me today, it wasn't working. Searching for a particular route there were times during the day when it would only return full-fare prices even though discounted buckets are obviously available. I've decided to hold off purchasing for a day or two just to make sure I'm getting the best web-available deal.

Still not fully working for me as of today (Wednesday Feb 12). Went to book a ticket using Firefox on my Mac. It would display the fares correctly, but when I went to the booking page and tried to log in, it wouldn't let me. Nor would it let me log in when I went back to the homepage and tried to log in there with the idea of then re-trying the booking.
Did eventually work on Firefox on my PC, though. And then they had the temerity to ask me to fill out a survey about the quality of my online experience!

So your happy complaining about something not working and dont want advice on how to contact CX to fix it, let me see if I can also find a site for people who like to bang their head against brick walls and close doors on their fingers.

Mayodave, given the frequent interaction with CX bigwigs that you keep mentioning, perhaps this board would be better served by you taking up the issues that crop up here, with them? And just maybe, using your influence to bring about some positive change...
Would be great to see that, rather than 'banging heads against walls, and closing doors on fingers'.
PS: saw this thread yesterday- was replying 'all well here, given that I'd done some seat assignments /meal selections /e-ticket mails on both Chrome and IE', but forgot to 'submit'...guess what? Couldn't login for the better part of today!
