I suspect work to rule won't affect on onboard service but be centred more around things like refusing to work outside of their roster, not taking on additional hours, turning up for work at the last possible minute, calling in sick. That type of thing. Once on board passengers probably won't notice anything.

Looks like the agreement is signed today and there won't be any industrial action.
However they still want cx to address the issue ofthe Bangkok based crew getting long haul flights. To be looked at later in the month.
This is as per the HK news tonight.

The article says no industrial action tomorrow and the negotiation on BKK crew issue will continue. The union may hold another demonstration on May 1 if they can't resolve that issue. So does it mean they might still strike if the BKK crew issue can't be resolved?

Anyway, glad there's no strike for now, I'm save till my May trip, which I travel alone so no biggie if strike happens then.

Industrial action would have perhaps been unfortunate, given the meet the team promotion. Certainly, the FA I spoke to out of ICN yesterday about the issue wasn't exactly someone I can imagine appearing any time soon in such advertising.
