CE Breakfasts

CE Breakfasts
After casting an eye over CE catering threads from the last month of so, it appears that the meal service you get depends on which "band" the particular SH destination belongs to.
After experiencing a 3 course meal on my first CE flight, which was from BCN, I became disappointed with 2 slices of ham and 2 slices of cheese and some leaves on one particular trip out of HAM.
The banding would offer a clear explaination thereof. Now, with regard to CE breakfasts, are they fairly uniform across the SH network, and/or should I risk boarding hungry at DUS on Weds morning?

Breakfasts on Band 4 flights will be bigger and better, with a main course served separately.
Bear in mind that catering that comes from outstations will vary. Be warned. It can the same, can be excellent, can be ....e, depending on where it is catered from. (My early morning flight out of DME served a stinking hunk of fish).
