HTR I got from www.airlinecodes.co.uk but I was too tired when I got home last night to dive into the trusty book to see whether LHT and HKI are real airports.

Alas, my book (actually an older 95/96 edition) has nothing for LHT or HKI. Time for FT'ers to make up some new exotic destinations into which to insert some Terraces lounges.
