Jenni Falconer in the Flounge last night at LGW. I had to google her I recognised her but couldnt have told you her name (not sure she counts as a celeb because of that). Spent the entire time typing away on her phone.

Alex Salmond LGW to EDI last night he had been watching the tennis apparently (not sure he counts as a celeb either). He wasnt in the Flounge but was pre-boarded with SS. He actually seemed like quite a nice guy, happily chatting away with all those around him when we had a not insignificant wait to disembark.

On that subject, the arrival procedure in EDI was not good. We were already late and landed around 22.40 only to wait for about 15 minutes for stairs to arrive captain not happy, at all. Told us that BA had changed their ground handling to Menzies 3 weeks ago and so far it was not going well!

I had Ted Danson in CE with me on my NCE - LHR flight the other week, I'd class him as a high profile star. No meet and greet on exiting the plane and he looked rather lost as he made his way thru flight connections.

And on the other hand, I had Sharon Stone in F with me coming back from LAX. She was escorted onboard in LA by SS and a car met her on the tarmac at LHR and wizzed her to the terminal. I still caught up with her going up the escalator from flight connections to security.
Yes, but was she wearing underpants?

Was she wearing pants at all? With her classiness, I'd expect her to show up naked, drunk, and sucking on a cig.

I think their final destination is kuala lumpur. I wonder if they will use Air Asia or CX to connect in HKG?

Oh dear - from experience, big groups in any section of the plane (F included) often translates into rowdy flights. Good luck.

Given the owner you'd be surprised if it wasn't Air Asia, but is that connection even possible?

Yeah should not be a problem. I think Air Asia has a 3 flights a day out of HKG and I think there is one around 11am.

Wouldn't have recognised her but having googled her it's unlikely I've ever seen her before so hardly surprising I guess.

He'd have been banished to WT anyway, if he'd gone

Bobby Davro on the morning flight from NCL to LHR on Wednesday 11th - I had a flashback to the eighties-he looks the same too

Gloucester RFC (or a good proportion of) at gate A9 on Sunday 15th, thought they were going to Frankfurt but didn't board so waiting for something else.

I really do need to get some more celebrities on my list, it's not overly impressive yet...

Nice to see another fellow Northumbrian on the BA board. Welcome to FT and hope you stick around! ^

Incidentally, there is a Do near NCL airport in December (see my signature at the bottom) if you fancy coming along.

I could have seen 100s of celebs, but I'd have no idea. I did see Gok Wan in NCL once.
