Hi,
My return JAL flights ( booked via JAL) posted to BAEC within a couple of days on the return. ( the app did not refresh automatically but logging out and back in worked). The outbound flights from ARN-LHR-HND-HIJ took 6 days ( flew over a weekend)
The only delay was a JAL codeshare flight operated by Finnnair ( took a week) - this was HEL-ARN
Regards

Took about three or four weeks after a JAL Sin- Nrt leg on a Finnair booking Edi-Lhr-Hel-Sin-Nrt-Hel-Edi
To be fair, I did expect credit to be slower than usual given not a BA booking. The Finnair legs were seven to ten days iirc.
It was year ago during the easing of Covid restrictions. Perhaps quicker now.
Hel-Sin was mask on throughout. Transit through Nrt interesting. Japanese immigration only accepting 10,000 pax per day - testing for all except transit passengers.

FWIW, I had a Finnair ticket LHR-HEL-BKK-NRT-HEL-LHR four weeks ago over the May day bank holiday weekend, and the JAL segment BKK-NRT took five days with the Finnair segments taking 2 or 3 days to appear on my account.

Still haven't gotten my Avios + TP for a JAL flight on Jan 27th.
It was an Explorer Pass Fare, upgraded to J Class. If I need to ask for a retroactive credit, will I still get the 40 TP for the upgrade, or will they only give me 10?

i believe for JAL if it is a special price airport upgrade then no, but on domestic flights done at a standard supplementary amount it should be yes.

From the posts I read in the last few months, the upgrades for 1,100 / 2,200 / 3,300 JPY do indeed post as Business with 40 TP. But when they have a manual look at it (for the retro-credit), I probably have to expect 10. :/
