I'm not getting the 50% discount despite the news in the BA Exec saying otherwise

Thanks - that number is no longer accepting calls (an wasn't by 08h00 this morning - so think you just beat the cut off)

no, online. just booked a second. both bookings were longhaul with a domestic connection. no GUF or 241 involved.

I gave up trying online and through UK call centre so called the South Africa number, got through instantly, booking made with discount, booking fees waved because of online issues, all done in a jiffy a very pleasant experience!

No joy with the phone number for me (says no staff) , tried to make a booking with 2 x 241 vouchers last night and it kept failing on payment as others have said.

Now, this morning deal has gone despite an email from them on Monday saying I had until midnight on the 13 to make a booking!

The number to call - +27 10 344 0130 - I said I was calling from the UK because the online service kept failing and the call centre was unable to take calls. There was no problem. The lady accessed my account, used the 2-4-1 and debited my card in GBP.

Tried with voucher, booking for me and mrs and infant, did not work.

Tried without voucher, booking for me and mrs and infant, did not work.

Tried without infant, worked.

This is really strange. I'm testing with no vouchers or infant, just 2 adults. I've also logged using a private browser session, no cookies nothing.
Can you try out 2nd April back 17th april please?
