List of Lounges Currently OPEN to BA Passengers (open wiki for details)

This wiki includes details of open lounges accessible to premium (F/J or Gold/Silver) passengers travelling on BA operated services, either within the terminal BA depart from or accessible via airside transfer.

Other lounges may be accessible for passengers willing to transfer landside to other terminals or concourses, although this is generally not recommended due to time constraints as a result of needing to re-clear security. Additionally, some airports may offer pay-in lounges which are not otherwise accessible by BA premium passengers (either temporarily or permanently).

Most open lounges are operating with a limited food and beverage service, and other services may be unavailable or modified.

For opening hours, please check the oneworld lounge listing at https://www.oneworld.com/airport-lounges?location= which is now being regularly updated.

If your airport isn't listed below, this probably means there is no lounge available for BA premium passengers (either temporarily or permanently) - please check the oneworld listing for the most up-to-date information.

With regards to the rumored T5 to the main terminal move at ORD: does the main terminal actually have A380 capable gates? BA has announced the return of the A380 as of next summer, but as far as I know, there are no A380 gates besides the international terminal.

Isn't it about time Free Newspapers reappeared in Lounges and onboard ?

Not everyone wants to download said items.

What's the excuse as they are available Free at Edinburgh Airport to the General Public and I'm sure at some others as well.

Same as with everything else that’s ‘COVID-secure’ - cost!

Moved down from Edinburgh to LHR en-route for Turkey.

In 1st Class Lounge at T5 and they have no Cognac or Brandy ???? - Yet they had it in Edinburgh and probably in Galleries Club where you help yourself.

Even MAN were still giving free papers to anyone this year, usually the FT and the MEN, when I was getting the early flight down back in April I used to pick up one to read before the flight. I am afraid the covid excuse is getting rather tiresome with BA now.

In terms of PCs and printers in lounges asked about on another thread, there is nothing now in the CCR do to the stupid sleep pods, I think the GF printer wasn't working a few weeks ago so no idea if fixed yet, the GC I am not sure about. In T3 they have helpfully removed all the PCs and printers in the GC, and in the GF the work area part of the lounge is not open. Considering that may people now have to print test results or forms during their travel is it really beyond BA to have a wireless printer or two in each lounge so we can print from a laptop?

The Oneworld website is saying that the CPT BA lounge has reopened - does anyone know if this is true?

Apologies! Does anyone know the change over time from breakfast to the rest of day menu in the T5 lounges? Also does anyone foresee the close of the North lounge in the coming days, or are they still managing to fill all the lounges?

12pm and no rumours on lounge closures at T5 - flights are still pretty full and will get fuller over the next week so I'd be very surprised if any were closed. I saw a tweet earlier today from a BA CC member who noted the difference coming off the red list made this week to a certain country (they didn't say which one) - 17% Load Factor the day before it came off / 73% load factor the next day. While there are good and bad days on all routes - this shows people want to travel / get some down time and see family this yr!

Yes, the CPT and JNB lounges are both now open.

The menus change over at around 11:00. Demand is high at the moment, so I doubt any T5 lounges will close this side of Christmas.

Due to demand and capacity, the DXB BA lounge is currently only accepting BA First passengers and oneworld Emerald members on BA flights. BA Club World passengers and oneworld Sapphire members on BA flights can use the Marhaba lounge.

Qantas / Oneworld lounge has reopened at LAX!

(Edit - appears to only be the Business Class section / will try and find out when the F portion is due to reopen)
