List of Lounges Currently OPEN to BA Passengers (open wiki for details)

This wiki includes details of open lounges accessible to premium (F/J or Gold/Silver) passengers travelling on BA operated services, either within the terminal BA depart from or accessible via airside transfer.

Other lounges may be accessible for passengers willing to transfer landside to other terminals or concourses, although this is generally not recommended due to time constraints as a result of needing to re-clear security. Additionally, some airports may offer pay-in lounges which are not otherwise accessible by BA premium passengers (either temporarily or permanently).

Most open lounges are operating with a limited food and beverage service, and other services may be unavailable or modified.

For opening hours, please check the oneworld lounge listing at https://www.oneworld.com/airport-lounges?location= which is now being regularly updated.

If your airport isn't listed below, this probably means there is no lounge available for BA premium passengers (either temporarily or permanently) - please check the oneworld listing for the most up-to-date information.

Currently sat in the Ljubljana business class lounge, they are accepting BA business class and status passengers. I did have to whip the Gold card out for the receptionist (travelling in economy ).

Pleasantly surprised by the lounge, along with the whole city/country. Lake Bled is also a must.

Lounge has draft beer and even has a terrace with a pretty sad view of two stored A320’s, which I presume will be moving on before it gets too wet/snowy here.

Glad to hear it's open - in so much as the lounges are nowadays!

Flew out of Marseilles tonight. OneWorld website said no lounge for BA. Asked at checkin, was told no lounge, no voucher.

Priority Pass website said to get a code landside from the information desk, but the info desk lady said that wasn't required any more and to just show my card at the lounge. Got through security and discovered a sign on the door to the lounge saying it was closed the whole day, though it was non-specific about which day so who knows how long / often it was closed for... No water fountains either, and the terminal was very hot, but the cafe in the non-schengen area did do us a good deal on a pitcher of cold beer!

At BHD (Belfast City), in the Aspire Lounge (which combines the old Aspire and old BA lounges), the buffet was restored a week ago. An excellent breakfast selection (relative to the small lounge): porridge, cereal, hot pancakes, croissants, scones, fruit, yoghurt, cheese, ham, salami, Tayto crisps (many flavours), fruit. Coffee machine, good selection of drinks, and (consistently, over several years) some of the best service anywhere on the BA network.

I visited the T5 arrivals lounge after my flight from DXB this morning. Very pleasant as it was so quiet. Obviously no queues for showers considering how many they have in that lounge. Showers are booked through the yourmenu site as it food and drink. Offerings were very similar to the F lounge. The Concorde Breakfast room is still closed for service however the staff were allowing people to sit in there if they wanted.

Sorry to veer a little here, but this seems unreasonable.

huzzah!!!! It’s back!! The Turkish airlines lounge so so busy last time we went through (early September) that we left as soon as we had passed by reception. It was busier than the terminal, so we got ourselves a Wendy’s instead!

I’m lost on who qualifies to go to the First side at IAD… is it still just F, or does it include some of status holders in any cabin too?

First Dining Rooms are for the exclusive use of passengers travelling in First.

I’m curious if that will change with the new GGL/CCR rules + reduction of F capacity. Whereas a full F cabin + a few GGLs could overwhelm the IAD dining room for example in the past, that’s unlikely with a cabin of 8 unless there are an above-normal number of GGLs. For a GGL flying in J out of IAD for example, once the UA Polaris lounge opens, that will offer a better experience than J pre-flight dining on BA. But access to F dining would skew that the other way.

BHD is now back to self service rather than order from the QR code at your seat.

Also looks like it is being knocked through and expanded in to the old aspire lounge.

It will be interesting to follow the progress of this. The decor in the lounges as individual spaces are very contrasting, presumably it will be unified in some way and perhaps the previously reported ‘BA only’ space will appear.

You also need to weigh up the fact that by offering access to GGLs in J, you are potentially encouraging them to downgrade to J too and they probably make up a chunky share of F passengers on TATL flights. A huge chunk of the reason I pay for F on an overnight TATL flight back to the U.K. is to access decent dining and some peace and quiet before the flight at IAD/ORD etc. If I could access that in J I might just book J in future since I don’t really need much more than a comfortable bed on the flight which Club Suites now seems to largely provide. I assume I’m not the only one that thinks like that and BA will be keenly aware of the risk of revenue cannibalisation too. Generally with these rules, you can almost always construct a ‘but what about this passenger?’ scenario that cuts both ways.

Totally agree that's a risk for BA. My hunch is that people like myself (who can spend as much money as they want on J under corporate policy but can't spend a single extra pound on F) make up a much larger portion of the pie than people who pay for F but would be willing to downgrade to J if certain factors were equivalent (e.g., pre-flight dining). But as you say, there are many different pax profiles, preferences, policies, and priorities and you can't make sweeping generalizations.

American pancakes with maple syrup, apple juice and Bucks Fizz

Pancakes were a little small but fresh and tasty .

Maybe the BA lounges need the pancake machine that Alaska Lounges have.
