FAQ : BAEC : status extensions & Tier Point (re)qualification thresholds reduced

I’ve just used the BA app on my phone to check something this evening to discover my status has been downgraded from Gold to Silver. It was still Gold yesterday (1 Sep)

My year end was 8 July and at that point I had 1620 tier points.
Is this an IT system glitch ? I’ve logged in and out on various devices/browsers but still downgraded.

Has anyone else had this problem ?
