Yes, sitting pretty on 1,155 TPs since early December and no renewal of my Gold status yet.

Perhaps the work experience kid manually doing the spreadsheet has gone out sick?

As a data point, I emailed the BAEC team recently, I earned 3000 TP on the 10 Dec 22, and my year-end is 08 Oct, so yes flew quite a bit between 08 Oct 22 and 10 Dec 22. My card expiry is did not automatically update sitting on Nov 23. So I waited approx six weeks before emailing, the response I have received from the BAEC is, they are aware that I have hit the required points, and my card will update at the end of this tier point year. So yes I have retained my status until Nov 24, but I have been told not to worry about it, however, from some other posts here, it seems that this is not applied uniformly. See picture from the BAEC team attached.

Forgive me if I've misunderstood but this seems quite normal to me. You didn't re-qualify using the reduced tier points so I would expect your expiry date to show end of November 2023 (the end of your current year) but as you've hit the target in your current year you know you've re-qualified for next year too. I'm in a similar position.

As expected, I dropped to Silver today. BA generously kept me at Gold through three years of greatly reduced travel and Silver means I still get key benefits including lounge access, fast track, free seat selection and better treatment during IRROPs even if I'm not travelling with my spouse, whose Gold card remains valid through the summer.

Right now there's only around a 50% chance of one of us retaining or regaining Gold -- it won't happen if cancellations continue to force us onto LH, LX, TK and SQ -- but even if we don't, BA has been more than fair.

Same for my husband. On my account, my card expiry date changed to Sep 2024 on 5 January, but my husband got his last tier points credited to his account (which took him over the required 1125 tier points) on Jan 6th by Finnair but his account hasn't changed yet. He called the call centre about a month ago and they promised to fix it, have not heard from them since...

Same here - with same 2x Finnair flights flown on 30th and 31st Dec which credited 3rd and 4th Jan taking me over the 2,250 TP threshold.

Still no update on my my account.

On the last possible day, 31 Dec Finnair flights usually post after 5 days or so.

All I got in writing from a GGL line agent (not the Loyalty team) are the following lines, after chasing:

Dear Mr 81romeo
As per our phone call earlier this morning I can confirm you have another year of Gold Guest List based on the two flights you took in December where the tier points from these flights meant you had qualified under the reduced threshold by 31st December 2022.

Hope this helps.
Thanks

Thanks for sharing. I got all my qualifying stuff under reduced tier in Dec. Still nothing. GCL told me they were now “escalating” the issue. Not sure where to - just the top of the escalator. That was 2 weeks ago.

nothing

I hit gold status on the reduced threshold in November 22, when I reached 1200 TPs. My collection year ends May 23, with card expiry June 24.

I haven't flown since and my account is saying I need an additional 300 TPs by May to retain gold status - is this a glitch (& hasn't been updated to reflect reduced threshold) or would this extend me to June 25?

BA aren't updating their IT in this area so yes it thinks you need 300 extra TPs, but you don't your card expiry has been extended a year. And no sorry you won't get a 2025 expiry.
