But it also says ‘this assumes Premier membership’ so there is really no leg to stand on.

And you could still leg it to the CCR's hallowed portal, but it is nevertheless closed.

Whilst MMB on ba.com shows the below (my bolding)

Lounge

Concorde Room

Concorde Room is located within the 'South Lounges' complex. There is a dedicated entrance located on the right after going through Security South. A Galleries Club Lounge is also available in T5B, please follow signs to T5B Gates.

Our Concorde Room offers an environment that allows you to catch up on work or simply unwind in an area that is elegant, calm and welcoming. The above lounge eligibility assumes British Airways Premier membership.
There is no mention of this membership level on the APP lounge info

Made a reservation today for October (TLV-LHR-JFK JFK-LHR-TLV), and it shows Concorde lounge access for both LHR and JFK ... is this still a bug?

Yes, it's still a bug.

(But you didn't say what cabin you are flying in - so if First then it is still a bug, but you are not seeing the bug!)

My bad ... thought I did.

Purchased WT+ and upgraded with Avios to CW the entire route

This seems like a really weird bug.
