I've just noticed ZBLB had two flights on Wednesday - the second was just a 12 minute spin around the airport. I don't know if this is a good thing or a bad thing.

You're probably correct. I didn't look at the times originally but a go around fits in.
I don't think they publish them but word often gets out on the day or the day before. I generally use https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets...eD0/edit#gid=0 for Boeing info but that goes through stages of not being updated. Last update was over two weeks ago now. It sometimes shows filed flights before they happen if you catch it at the right moment. Having said that, the author may be getting the info from Flightaware which also shows planned flights a few hours in advance. I assume Flightaware collects data in a similar way to Flightradar24 which can show scheduled flights a couple of days in advance but FR24 doesn't seem to show test and positioning flights until they're actually happening.
