According to the gold helpline the other day a lot of DYKWIA are ringing up and shouting at staff about current problems, as if staff can magically fix it.

Quite possibly. A guy was kicking off big time in my local Asda this morning.

I don't know what it was about, but he was carrying about 8 large trays of some kind of meat and most of what he was saying seemed to begin with F.
