Two week extension ... dropped to bronze

See this post and thread (posts 16-20) as another member was downgraded then 'upgraded' again to retain status.
It may take a phone call then the back office will sort it out. The advice re contacting the BAEC here or PMing BAMissingAvios is usually as a last resort if all else fails so try the normal routes first.
I'm sure everything will turn out to be fine and hopefully soon.
