I first checked to see if anyone had saver award space for First or Business and the "best" was American at 197,000 miles round trip. Then on a lark I checked cash prices and that thankfully is only $835. So as long as everyone is okay with someone from the states joining, I will see you all at dinner!

Any interest in a "CCR pre-Do" earlier that day ?
Along the lines of booking a throwaway RFS, into the CCR at 11:00, out at 17:00 and jumping on the Tube/Hex to the Do venue proper ?
