This is not the normal times for BA turns and there wasn't a cancellation.
Has BA parked an A350 at IAD?
The aircraft appear to be spending 24 hours on the ground at IAD.

Yes, this has been the case for a good few months now for some reason.

I hate to say but I am a bit confused. The LHR - PHX route went to the A350 for S'21 however within a few weeks scheduling the A350 BA changed the route back to 77W which includes F of course. I was scheduled late September '21 into first week of October and my flight was "cancelled" due to no F on A350. I had to reschedule to late October into first week of November, outbound on A350 to check out the new Club seat, back on 77W in F as the route changes back to 77W for W'21. This route now has 777 for most of S21 but switches back to A350 for roughly 3-4 weeks in October '21. Both BA Routesonline and BA Source has not kept up with any route / aircraft changes, in part possibly because changes are so frequent I am guessing? Is there a Flyertalk thread more dedicated just to route / aircraft changes? I posed my question and confusion to this thread as the PHX route had been switched to the A350 but now appears to make only a brief appearance October '21.

I think that there is only one piece of advice that's worth giving at present: Simply do not book any travel on the basis of what aircraft type, configuration or seat you might get. It is all pot luck.

Yes - this cannot be stressed enough. I've had a couple of flights ping-pong a few times between different aircraft types. It is quite likely they will change again!

Routes are changing planes all the time, I wouldn't suggest choosing a route for a plane. Too many unknowns.

The OP has asked specifically where they can find the info about BA's A350 routes, so I'm sure they would appreciate some more directed answers.

https://mediacentre.britishairways.c...20Philadelphia.

This has the info on routes in 2020. I would expect they'll keep it the same for 2021, going at the very least to Toronto, Washington, Chicago and Philly, mainly as these were predominantly 747 routes.

BA’s submission to OAG contains an up-to-date comprehensive view of which aircraft they currently have scheduled on any given flight and will give the OP the answer he requires. The schedule view on ba.com will also contain it, though requires searching by flight rather than aircraft type. Obviously, as others have mentioned, this is subject to frequent change.

Another way would be to check Flightradar.

Right now the 350 is flying to ACC, TLV, IAD, BLR. Some of these might be partial/full freighter. It's also meant to be flying to LAS if/when it resumes, and EZE-GRU again if/when it resumes.

If you have ExpertFlyer, you can do a ‘Timetable’ search from LHR on any date. Then you can specify BA and put the flights in order of operated aircraft. This will give you BA’s A350 flights for that day.

Also currently flies to BOS but not sure if that’s continuing into S21
