It would be nice if the kid was reunited with their toy....although I suspect a new one has been obtained and the old one forgotten already.
Unlike T8191 I've never had a thing for teddy bears...much prefer our own real life cuddly toy.

Hoping you get pink teddy back - I still have mine from ‘babyhood’ - he wears support stocking and a big bandage round his tummy to stop his sawdust coming out.
Fingers crossed!

Now, here's a question for you knowledgeable folks.
We'll be returning to T5 on Thursday but will be connecting on to a flight back to NCL. What's the process for going landside (to call by the lost property office) and then back airside?

On arrival follow the signs fo baggage reclaim and arrivals. No need to go via flight connections. Once you’ve collected your item you can head airside via the normal channels.

Just exit upon arriving from your first flight as if your final destination was London, go to the lost property office with your fingers crossed, and go through security as departing passenger again.

If it has gone to the T5 office (there is also the main one in T3) then that's just by Domestic Arrivals, at the M&S end, but at the far end of the landside area (most northerly end). If you go via the main UK Border it won't add much to your journey time, just turn right when you get landside and go all the way along. Then take a lift after visiting the office to the top floor for departures.
I very much hope this has a happy resolution.
