Yes, I've seen that before too. It's at the BA end.

Me too. I cleared all the cookies. I can log in but not search for flights. The exact same error on the android app. Which is weird because I'm not using a browser ...

eta, it only happens when I use "book with avios". If I search for cash fares it works fine.

eta, also happens if I try to update my "sign up for news and offers" preferences. But not when adding a new credit card to my account.

Seeing the same across Chrome, Safari (iPad) and mobile app (iPhone). Cannot check/book reward availability.

Edit to add that the error occurs regardless of private browsing mode, whether or not using a VPN and after closing all windows and tabs on all devices everywhere.

It’s a bug folks.

I thought there used to be a way of reporting tech issues directly to BA, but after finding myself in an endless loop I gave up.

It's annoying - I'd seen something on SeatSpy that I'd wanted to investigate further (i.e. which of the three LHR-LAX flights had availability on that day) and by the time I'd faffed about clearing cookies/cache etc and trying the app it was no longer shown on SS. If I see something else come up I'll phone BA and risk a long wait and a charge for not booking online. Or would a screenshot be sufficient to prove the problem was at their end?

Not so far. Maybe they customise the errors based on their knowledge of the customer - what they think would annoy us most!

Well if they knew me they'd know I don't speak 6 languages. Gotta love BA IT sometimes!

I’ve been getting multiple browser tabs error and error 403 today trying to update saved API details on the Exec Account. Annoying.

I know that I am late to the Wake but this is getting beyond a joke

Sorry, we're experiencing technical issues

If you have an upcoming booking, you'll still be able to access it from Manage My Booking.
This has been going on for weeks and I log out and log back in and that works sometimes - I use Edge rather than Firefox as BA. com seems to have issues with this. It is not the end of the world but it is so frustrating as it always seems to happen at check-in. I then have to check the locator on Tripit and go in the back door. I never seem to have this happen at Iberia although that is far from fault free.
