Both Android app and website down for me

Also getting the error in the app. When I tried logging into the website it said there was maintenance. Hopefully that's all it is. Since I always need to present my passport at the airport now anyway due to an unrelated BA IT issue, not too much of an issue.

No point in calling either - I’ve just been told everything is down for the agents too - they just get error messages.

So I’ve been able to check in for two flights tomorrow with out issue (by finding my booking etc), so would suggest some aspects are working still….

Maybe they use the same IT supplier as AerLingus, whose systems were down for 10 hours yesterday.

Website and iOS app seem to be allowing sign on again now…

Well it is normal for them to disappear, but usually they come back on a refresh. Logout/login for anyone with the same problem though.

Just arrived. Terminal 5 departures running fine. Few queues and none for First wing. First Lounge very busy. Departure board page a is full of delayed departures. All about 15- 60 minute delays so nothing drastic.
