BA are not wet-leasing it, and I'm struggling to find anything to show that it didnt come from DOH.

So with that in mind, I wonder whether they did actually come off the QR aircraft, or if it's just the angle of the image (the stairs are attached to a jetbridge opposed to an aircraft). The only links I can find to QR, link to the Daily Mail video, but it would be strange for them to fly via DOH...unless it was baby related and the Duchess had been advised not to sit down for 12 hour periods at a time

More TPs and lower fares via DOH

Yes I had to google him too, but seeing as he’s worth £1.1b I guess flying in F isn’t a problem.
Did cabin crew speak to him by name? Please tell me it wasn’t ‘Mr Rothermere’.

Possibly because he was eating a packet of sweet potato chips in the Business side of the lounge. Might have forgot to mention that...

Was getting multiple double-takes from other guests though!

...that boarding took place in Abu Dhabi

They were likely on their way back from a double back-to-back Jakarta mileage run

Sitting in EDI just now and Lord Steele (Steel?) arrives, pours a large G&T, downs it, then leaves to hop onto the boarding 2217 to LCY to go and sit in the Lords.
