I'm just a twin aisle junkie. I think that the 767 is not particularly noisy and after they tarted them up a bit a few years back they were far better.

My first 767 trip was in the 1980s with Britannia Airways of all airlines. I have worked this aircraft and like it a lot. Whilst it is always sad to see a Venerable Old Lady of the Skies fold her wings (I felt sadder about the passing of the DC-10 fleet as it happens), would we want BA to be like AA with all those museum piece aircraft like the MD-80s? Nice aircraft to fly but such old tech nowadays.
One thing I never hear is "Thank Heavens BA do not fly the 757 on Transatlantic" it is a great blessing,

Should anyone want that unique 757 transatlantic experience between now and Christmas, it can be had on direct service from NCL to EWR, (along with MAN,LBA, GLA, BHD). Even more amazing is the return fare can be obtained for £185 on certain dates. The operator? Jet2.

EDIT: Also, do you mean BFS? I don't think a 757 would fit into BHD.

ZHC flew over me when I was out for a walk yesterday afternoon, which was an unexpected surprise.
They are going to keep on flying in in a small way - the engines are being kept as they don't need much work to fit on the 744's, after which they will be put in the spare engine pool to keep those big old girls flying. As a side note, doing some digging, China Yunnan Airlines bought 3 RB-211 powered 767's delivered in 1996, who merged into China Eastern. One of the 3 is still flying (the other 2 listed as stored), right now as it happens, with a Russian Charter Airline, Royal Flight.
