Jfk-lhr-cdg on AA F/BA business. lounge suggestions

Using AA miles booked F on AA from JFK-LHR then BA business to CDG.
MY question is, which airport lounge do you guys/gals suggest I stay at JFK before flight, @ LHR during layover, and reverse when I go back home (@CDG, then LHR). Im hearing ppl mention cx lounge, something concorde, aa, etc. love to hear your inputs!

At JFK use the AA Flagship Lounge.

At LHR the BA lounge closest to your departure gate. You won't be able to use the Concorde Lounge as it is reserved for BA F pax.

On the return flight use the AA Flagship lounge at LHR.

Not sure what your options are at CDG.

Cancel your AA flights JFK-LHR-JFK, pay a little more YQ, then enjoy The True Premium Service of BA with Concorde Rooms at JFK and LHR.^

Also avoids the messy Inter-Terminal Air-side connections at LHR.

At CDG BA use The Admirals Club so no choice there.

If you decide to remain on current flights, upon departure from LHR to JFK DON'T use the Flagship Lounge at T3..Head straight to BA Galleries First. IMHO its not even worth visiting Cathay there either.

"pay a little more YQ"

How many hundreds of dollars more do you consider to be "a little"?

Which still means you could fly BA. It is a lot of cash to pay, but it is much nicer than AA F, and definately better lounges (CCR in JFK and LHR)
