Nicci is the epitome of a good emphatic human being. Always wishing to help and striving to be available. The FT community are blessed to have an individual of this calibre around. Lets not waist that!
When Nicci helps me, I send flowers. Imagine if everyone did ^

On the rewards flight map, would it be possible to have a specific airport as the departure point rather than just "London". LGW or LHR makes a big difference for me living in the south. Say I want to book a last minute weekend getaway, LGW is 20mins away from my house whereas LHR is a lot further and not having this option which looks rather easy to implement is quite a pain.

Help me to help you.... NICCI
I know that the rules regarding the earning of Avios points on a BA Chase Visa (US) prevent them being transfered to a BAEC account registered in the UK.
I have property in the UK and the US.
I have bank accounts in both the UK and US.
I have BA Amex (UK) and BA Chase Visa (US).
I have AA cards that allow collection in both UK and US.
I have UA cards that also earning in both UK and US.
Both AA and UA allow crediting to a single account.
Why is BA out of step?
It is discouraging me from making BA my primary program.
Thanks in advance.

I would like to express my thanks to Nicci for assisting me in getting some Avios points restored from a cancelled award trip after I failed to do so in numerous earlier phone calls and emails with BA agents and supervisors. Unfortunately, BA's delay of almost eight weeks in restoring the points means that my wife and I will not be able use the points for a 2for1 companion award because we cannot now find availability before the departure deadline that BA will not extend despite their causing this situation. But Nicci was at least able to get the points finally restored and I do appreciate that.

Hi krishnasridhar
Im not sure that posting in this existing thread is your best bet to get the help you obviously need.
Might be best to have a read through the sticky threads at the top of the forum and then maybe post a specific thread if you cant find help in the sticky or by using the search facility
