change reward booking?
I just booked a oneway BA reward flight on JAL for SGN-NRT-BOS with 2 days stopover. If I change the SGN-NRT flight two days earlier (so I can spend more time in Tokyo), is there a change fee? Do they redeposit the miles to redo the whole flight or is it simply a few strokes on their computer to change that available segment?

Yes, there is a change fee unless you are BA Gold. No redepositing of miles necessary, but of course there must be availability for the new flights you want.
