Aside from SCL or LIM, where else can i get back to the US from South America?

(i'm hitting both of those on my outbound, so on the return i'd like to get some other places in if possible).

Doesn't LAN have a route map on its website? There is certainly LAN service to the U.S. from GYE, UIO, and EZE.

Yes, just use the route map.

Look at the MIA-SA flights. I think LAX, SFO all only go to SCL or LIM. NYC has one other destination. MIA has a few options.

Excellent, thanks, i was using http://www.lan.com/en_us/sitio_perso....../index.html which is quite misleading and doesn't show us destinations.

OK GYE to MIA and JFK exists. Just chipping in with some possible routes as a LANPASSer. What BA permits in terms of routings I haven't the foggiest.

I would try again with that routing, doesn't seem that out of line to me, but you never know. Recently it seems BA has been cracking down on some of the routes...but in the past routing much worse than EZE-LIM-BOG-MIA were approved.

Try EZE to Quito or Guayaquil? Those flights do not have stops in LIM it looks like. Just to get more cities you could also try EZE-GRU-LIM-US? Visa fees start adding up though...$150 in SCL for your itin, $150 in EZE, if you tried to add GRU another $150.

I just called BA and the agent told me that they have not been able to book award tickets on LAN since Friday. That doesn't seem right as it appears others have been able to book flights the past couple of days, but I'm curious whether anyone else has heard this. Thanks in advance.
