Oops, I see now why you thought my comment was at you: you commented on Nov 11 at 11: 34 am. I really should have clarified a bit more.

I was actually referencing the thread a while ago in which BA refused to reimburse a poor lady her money after being bumped from a flight (from Gibralter?) and the pathetic defence of BA put up by some in that thread.

If only I had known T8191 could confer immunity I would have invoked it much, much sooner.
