GUF2 expiring
Hi,
I have a GUF2 question.

I have a GUF2 which has already been extended and expires mid Oct.

Want to fly LHR-JFK in F which would cost 200K miles + GUF2 for 2 tickets.

Obviously slightly annoyed as the same in Nov would cost 160K only (when the new Avios scheme comes into play).

Any ideas?

Can the GUF2 be extended twice?

In the following thread swanhunter hinted that you can sometimes extend a GUF2 beyond the normal six months:

You mean 150k vs 120k?

Thanks for the link.

No - I mean 200K vs 160K.

CW return is 100K so 200K for two tickets
With Avios 2 x 80K = 160K

GUF2 upgrades to F.
